Brockton Village older home renovation of kitchen, dining room, bathroom and porch

This 3 bedroom home in Brockton which is located in the West End of Toronto was built in the 60’s.  Eric & Reiko knew they needed help to get their family home feeling more functional and looking more contemporary. Oriel Renovations did just that.

Parkdale Attic Bedroom and Bathroom Renovation

Kelly and Kenzie were looking to update their third floor to create a more modern and functional master bedroom and bathroom. The floors creaked and were uneven, and the bathroom was barely usable. The bathroom hadn’t been updated since the 1970s and the closet was unfinished, so much so you could see through to the second floor.

Silverthorne flood-proofing a basement playroom renovation

Margot and Manuel were looking to finish their basement to make a playroom for their child and have a place to relax. When we opened up the walls, we found water damage along the front wall. After an assessment, we helped them redirect the outside water flow, repair the affected interior foundation wall, and finish the basement.

Roncesvalles attic bathroom renovation and custom cabinets build

After working on a number of projects on their previous home, our clients had recently moved into a new home and needed a full bathroom on their 3rd floor – where their two kids’ bedrooms were located.

We repurposed the existing closets into a 3 pieces bathroom, installing heated tile floors, a pocket door, a new toilet, a sink, and a shower/bath. We also repainted the stairs and installed a stair runner.
