Silverthorne flood-proofing a basement playroom renovation

Margot and Manuel were looking to finish their basement to make a playroom for their child and have a place to relax. When we opened up the walls, we found water damage along the front wall. After an assessment, we helped them redirect the outside water flow, repair the affected interior foundation wall, and finish the basement. 

To finish the basement with a bright modern feel, we partitioned a new bathroom, a bedroom, and created a family den and child’s play space. We also redid the stairs and added custom-made shelves for toys.
