Ivan and Melissa were interested in updating the style and layout of their home in Lawrence Park, Toronto. Following a recommendation from friends who we had worked with previously, they reached out to us and we began our Pre-construction process, to define their renovation priorities and provide a plan and schedule that satisfied their investment goals and timeline.
This 3 bedroom home in Brockton which is located in the West End of Toronto was built in the 60’s. Eric & Reiko knew they needed help to get their family home feeling more functional and looking more contemporary. Oriel Renovations did just that.
Jenna and Chris needed help updating their older home on the east side of Toronto. The floors were in bad shape, the bathroom was awkward, and the kitchen was small and would often trip the breakers.
