Tucked along a busy street in Roncesvalles, this project is a creative solution to a unique challenge. Our client needed a functional addition to house their jewelry-making business, but access to the site made a traditional build nearly impossible. The answer? A custom shipping container studio.

The container was carefully positioned above the property’s parking area, maximizing available space without sacrificing convenience. Inside, the studio is tailored to meet the client’s needs, complete with thoughtfully designed work areas for jewelry making. On top, a private rooftop deck provides an additional outdoor space that blends form and function, making the most of every square foot.
