We’ve hired Oriel for work a number of times over the last 10 years. We now live in a unique home – 6 stories and built into a side of a ravine, which means it is structurally complex. It needed a lot of work, including a complete overhaul of the laundry room and kitchen.

The kitchen was a complete gut and restoration, stripping everything back to the studs and joists. Jacob said it would take 12 weeks. He brought in six or seven trades and coordinated everything perfectly. It was done on time and on budget.
