The starting point for the pre-construction process is to assemble the team of older-home experts, including your designer. If you need help with bringing on a design partner, we’ll be happy to make introductions to our trusted partners.
In this initial meeting, your complete scope of work is mapped out to ensure there is a clear understanding of your needs, wants, and dreams for your home. In addition, a feasibility study will capture your property’s unique characteristics.
PHASE 2: ALIGN DESIGN WITH INVESTMENT
At this early stage in the pre-construction process, your financial alignment is considered based on the scope of work created in Phase 1. This highlights if the design plan is on track or needs to be adjusted. It provides a clear feedback process to ensure your voice drives the planning and the team is aligned.
