Roncesvalles gut and rebuild of the first and second floor renovation
Lindsay and John live in a three-story semi-detached home in Roncesvalles. When they moved in the floors were heavily slanted, the walls were uninsulated and the house needed some updating.
We helped them by gutting the inside, leveling the floors, removing the asbestos, rebuilding the stairs, adding a fresh coat of paint, and installing new lights, new floor, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and HVAC.
