From Crumbling Foundation to New Home

Amanda and Brent were looking to modernize their worn-down century home in Queen West. The location was perfect, but the foundation was crumbling.

After we demolished their first floor, we found a foundation in need of serious repair. To shore up the house, we underpinned the back of the foundation. On the inside, we built them a new kitchen and stairs going to the second floor. We also installed a new glass wall at the back of the house that adds a unique look to the home, while giving them ample natural light.
