Woodbine Heights Kitchen, Living Room, and Bathroom Renovation
Jenna and Chris needed help updating their older home on the east side of Toronto. The floors were in bad shape, the bathroom was awkward, and the kitchen was small and would often trip the breakers.
Working with Studio Z Design, we opened up and relevelled the first floor ceilings, installed new pot lights, and hardwood flooring. We took down a wall between the living room and the dining room to give the space a more modern, open feel. We redid the electrical, installed a new staircase, and put in a new front door, windows, and a finished front mud room.
To make more space in the kitchen, we moved the kitchen wall into the expanded main room. We also installed new cabinets, tiles, backsplash, fixtures, and stainless steel appliances. We expanded the brick opening in the kitchen to accommodate a new, much brighter window. Upstairs, we redid the bathroom layout, complete with a new vanity, shower, tiles, and fixtures. We also installed new windows in all the upstairs bedrooms.
