This Woodbine Heights full gut renovation, thoughtfully designed by Studio Z, reimagined the home from the ground up to improve flow, function, and everyday comfort. The first floor was fully taken back to the studs, allowing for asbestos remediation and comprehensive upgrades across both the first and second levels.

Studio Z’s design introduced a completely new kitchen configuration on the main floor, creating a more open, efficient layout tailored to modern living. The project also included a new staircase, updated trim and flooring throughout, and a newly built bathroom on the second floor, ensuring a cohesive and intentional design from top to bottom.

To further enhance livability, the existing porch was enclosed and converted into a fully heated interior space. This smart addition added valuable square footage and seamlessly integrated with the rest of the home, completing a carefully considered transformation in Toronto’s Woodbine Heights neighborhood.
