The Junction Bathroom Renovation

Tanya and Ron wanted to make a few functional changes to their house to make life a little bit easier as time goes on. Having their laundry room in the basement, with the bedrooms upstairs, was not ideal. At the same time, their bathroom was due for an upgrade.

After applying for an age-related grant, they were able to make some changes while saving some money. We moved their laundry room up to the 2nd floor, added a series of new windows and re-imagined a new, more comfortable, en suite bathroom with upgraded utilities.

While highlighting the beautiful classic styles of their older home, we were able to blend some modern design choices and transform their wasted space into a functional, bright and convenient, while stylish, new reality.

Other notable highlights include: an exposed brick veneer, a glass block wall, and a curbless shower with infloor heat.
